Yeah, with Indiana Jones, I'm sure it will be much better as soon as I don't have to play as him. (Sadly, in the first levels, your partner characters suck even more.)

And yeah, although I have seen the SW and Indy movies and am vaguely familiar with Batman through cultural osmosis, I would totally buy a Lego game even for something I was 100% unfamiliar with, because I just love these games a lot.
